Functionality: the ability of VR/AR products to perform functions appropriate to their purpose

Manufacturer: the producer of the Goods, or in case of imported Goods, the importer bringing the Goods to the European Union territory

Interoperability: the ability of VR/AR products to work together with different hardware and software systems

Compatibility: the ability of VR/AR products to work together with target hardware and software without the need for conversion

Website: this website (vrsolutions.hu) which serves for contract conclusion

Contract: sales contract between Seller and Buyer concluded through the Website and electronic correspondence

Business: a person acting within their profession, self-employment or business activity

Buyer/You: the person making a purchase offer and concluding a contract through the Website

Warranty: warranty according to the Civil Code in case of contracts between consumers and businesses

Purchase Price: the consideration to be paid for the Goods and digital content services

Scope and Acceptance of Terms

The content of the contract between us is determined by these Terms and Conditions (hereinafter: T&C) alongside applicable mandatory legal provisions. Accordingly, these T&C contain the rights and obligations of You and us, conditions for contract formation, delivery deadlines, shipping and payment terms, liability rules, and conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal.

You are obliged to familiarize yourself with these T&C provisions before finalizing your order.

Contract Language and Form

The language of contracts under these T&C is Hungarian.

Contracts under these T&C do not qualify as written contracts and are not filed by the Seller.

Electronic Invoice

Our company applies electronic invoicing according to § 175 of Act CXXVII of 2007. By accepting these T&C, You consent to the use of electronic invoicing.

Prices

Prices are in EUR, VAT not included. Prices are indicative. The Seller reserves the right to modify prices for business policy reasons. Price modifications do not extend to already concluded contracts. If the Seller incorrectly displays a price, for already concluded contracts, the "Procedure for Incorrect Prices" section applies.

Procedure for Incorrect Prices

Obviously incorrectly displayed prices include:

Discount-reduced price incorrectly calculated compared to the discount percentage shown alongside the original price

In case of incorrect price display, the Seller offers the possibility to purchase the Goods at the actual price, with which information the Buyer can decide whether to order the Goods at the actual price or not use this opportunity.

The business is obliged to immediately examine oral complaints and remedy them if necessary.

The business must respond to written complaints in writing within thirty days of receipt.

The Seller confirms the offer via email within 48 hours at the latest. The contract is formed when the confirmation email becomes accessible.

Procedure for Unaccepted Packages

If the Buyer does not accept the ordered Goods and does not indicate withdrawal intention, they breach the contract. The Seller attempts re-delivery; in case of failure, is entitled to immediate contract termination.

Rights Reservation, Property Clause

The Seller may withhold Goods delivery until full payment of the purchase price.

International Sales

The Seller also ships to EU territory. Communication language is Hungarian or English. Hungarian VAT applies to all Goods.

Consumer Information

Consumer Right of Withdrawal Information

Consumers are entitled to withdraw within 14 days without justification from Goods receipt.

Withdrawal Declaration

The right of withdrawal can be exercised through a clear declaration.

Seller's Obligations in Case of Withdrawal

The Seller refunds the full purchase price within 14 days, including shipping costs.

Consumer's Obligations in Case of Withdrawal

The consumer must return the Goods within 14 days at their own cost.

Limitations of Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal CANNOT be exercised for:

Personalized VR/AR applications
Custom development services
Opened software packages
Digital content where performance has begun

Defective Performance Warranty

Consumer Contracts

Consumers can choose:

Repair or replacement
Price reduction
Contract withdrawal

Enforcement deadline: 2 years from performance

Business Contracts

Enforcement deadline: 1 year from performance

Product Warranty

Only applies to consumers. Enforcement deadline: 2 years from market introduction.

Guarantee

Mandatory Guarantee

For new durable consumer goods over 50,000 Ft:

Up to 250,000 Ft: 2 years
Over 250,000 Ft: 3 years

Software Product Guarantee

VR/AR applications: 12 months
Custom developments: 6 months bug fixing
Hardware: According to manufacturer warranty

PRICING AND PAYMENT TERMS

The prices displayed on the VR Solutions Hungary Ltd. website are
indicative only and do not constitute a binding offer under applicable law.
All our services are custom development projects, and the final price
is determined based on individual requirements assessment, specification
analysis, and development complexity.
The final price is fixed in a written quotation, which becomes binding
for both parties upon acceptance by the client.
All prices are stated in HUF/EUR, VAT not included, unless otherwise indicated.

Other Provisions

Force Majeure

The Seller is not liable for damages resulting from force majeure events.

Partial Invalidity

If any provision of these T&C is invalid, other provisions remain in effect.

Effective Date

These T&C are effective from June 4, 2025.
