Warranty and guarantee claims must be handled according to NGM Regulation 19/2014 (IV. 29.), which also determines how to process your claims.

Your Rights During Data Processing

During data processing, you have the following rights according to Regulation provisions:

  • Right to withdraw consent
  • Access to personal data and data processing information
  • Right to rectification
  • Right to restrict processing
  • Right to erasure
  • Right to object
  • Right to portability

Exercising your rights involves identification and necessary communication with Data Controller. Therefore, personal data provision will be required for identification (based only on data Data Controller already processes about you), and your data processing complaints will be available in Data Controller's email account within the timeframe specified for complaints in this notice.

Data processing complaints are answered within 30 days maximum.

Right to Withdraw Consent

You may withdraw consent for data processing anytime; in such cases, we delete provided data from our systems. Please note that for unfulfilled orders, withdrawal may prevent delivery completion. Additionally, for completed purchases, invoicing data cannot be deleted due to accounting requirements, and if you have outstanding debts, we may continue processing your data based on legitimate collection interests despite consent withdrawal.

Access to Personal Data

You have the right to receive feedback on whether personal data processing is ongoing, and if so, access to:

You have the right not to be subject to automated decision-making (including profiling) with legal or significant effects. Data Controller must implement appropriate measures protecting your rights, including human intervention rights.

Data Security Measures

Data Controller declares implementing appropriate security measures protecting personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, transmission, disclosure, deletion, destruction, accidental destruction, damage, and inaccessibility due to technology changes.

Legal Remedies

If you believe Data Controller violated data processing laws or failed to fulfill requests, you may initiate proceedings with the National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (address: 1363 Budapest, Pf. 9., email: ugyfelszolgalat@naih.hu, phones: +36 (30) 683-5969, +36 (30) 549-6838, +36 (1) 391 1400).

You may also file civil proceedings against Data Controller.

Privacy Policy Modifications

Data Controller reserves the right to modify this privacy policy without affecting processing purposes and legal basis. Using the website after modification effective date constitutes acceptance of the modified privacy policy.

For further processing beyond original collection purposes, Data Controller will inform you of processing purposes and relevant information before additional processing begins.
